1 3/4 cups fresh squeezed orange juice (strained)
1/4 cup rose water
2 cups goat milk yogurt - vanilla or plain
1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice (no pulp)
1 1/2 teaspoon flax oil
1 large banana (organic)
1 pint organic berries (blueberries, blackberries, or raspberries)
dash cinnamon (to taste)
dash nutmeg (to taste)
stevia (pinch)
raw honey
organic slivered almonds
fresh mint (optional)

Directions:

1. In a blender, mix together yogurt, spices, stevia, berries, two thirds of the banana, and juices. Spoon onto bowls. Top each serving with a little honey. Take remaining banana and chop into thin slices. Garnish each serving with banana slices. Sprinkle almonds around banana slices. Top with one fresh mint leaf.
