Creamy Blueberry Bisque

2 cups blueberries
2 cups water
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 cinnamon stick
1 lemon, thinly sliced
2 cups plain yogurt
1 cup apple juice
Plain yogurt for garnish

Reserve a few blueberries for garnish.
Place the remaining berries, water, sugars,
cinnamon, and lemon in a saucepan.
Simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes, then drain
through a sieve, pressing on the solids.
Chill the sieved liquid.
Just before serving,
whisk in the yogurt and apple juice.
Garnish each serving with a spoonful
of yogurt and a few of the reserved berries.

Yield: 4 to 6 servings
